Dr. Erol AKIN

He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Germany, Araklı and Merzifon. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 1989.
He started his doctorate studies in 1993 in the Department of Orthodontics, G.A.T.A. Dentistry Sciences Center, “Osteoclast Activity of Nitric Oxide in Orthodontic Teeth Movements”.
He completed his doctorate education with his thesis on “Experimental Research of the Effects on After working as an orthodontic specialist in Eskişehir military hospital for 5 years, he started his career in 2002.
Assist.Prof.Hv.Dental Medicine Major. was appointed as He received the title of Associate Professor of Orthodontics on December 12, 2006.

He resigned from his duty at G.A.T.A in March 2009 and started to work as an Orthodontic Specialist at “Medicana Dental Hospital”. He has been accepting his patients in our clinic since 2012.
His areas of interest include Orthognathic Surgery, Impacted Teeth, Lingual Orthodontics (incognito and Harmony). He speaks English and German.
