Commercial Electronic Message

According to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; messages containing data, voice, and images sent for commercial purposes using electronic communication tools such as telephone, call centers, fax, automated dialing systems, short message service (SMS), email, WhatsApp, and similar methods are considered "commercial electronic messages".

Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. Recipients have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason. Upon receipt of the refusal notification by the relevant service provider, the sending of commercial electronic messages will cease within the legally prescribed time limits.

I have been informed by Gazident Oral and Dental Health Clinic that electronic communications may be sent to me regarding appointment scheduling, information, announcements, reminders, patient communication, satisfaction evaluation, response to complaints and suggestions, execution of service processes, and promotional and informational activities in accordance with regulations.

In this context, I hereby give my explicit consent to Gazident Oral and Dental Health Clinic to contact me via telephone, text message, email, WhatsApp, call center, social media, and other electronic communication methods using my phone number, email address, and other electronic communication addresses; to send me commercial electronic messages; and to store and process my contact information in the service provider’s information systems and to keep the necessary records in accordance with the relevant legislation.

I have been informed that I can refuse to receive commercial electronic messages sent to me at any time and without giving any reason; and that I can submit my refusal request through the methods included in the message, the Message Management System, the email address info@gazident.com, or Gazident’s official communication channels.

In accordance with the explanations above, and pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, I hereby freely and explicitly consent to receive commercial electronic communications and to the processing of my personal data for this purpose.
